This is the first quarter of a one year (3 quarter) college general chemistry course taught. Topics covered in the first quarter include atom and molecule concepts, chemical reactions and stoichiometry, solution chemistry, thermochemical concepts, quantum theory of atoms and molecules, chemical bonding concepts, and periodic table and trends.
